LWG Restoration has developed considerable expertise in effectively handling all aspects of equipment restoration projects. Our capabilities and expertise allow us to offer unique advantages over other restoration companies in the following areas:

Immediate response

Within hours of your call, our experienced specialists can be on-site to assist in the recovery process. Our immediate response process includes determing the proper preservation measures to stabilize equipment, recommending the best cleaning methodology, and implementing the most effective project protocol to speed restoration efforts.

Advanced cleaning methods

With our engineering-based processes, LWG Restoration is able to clean to stringent levels of cleanliness to ensure reliable, long-term operation of equipment. Our expertise enables us to choose the appropriate cleaning method and cleaning solution needed, which are dependent on the type of equipment and the type of level of contamination, to reach our stringent standards.

Minimizing downtime

Our trained field technicians will work around the clock when necessary to restore damaged equipment to a pre-loss condition. This not only reduces downtime that leads to immediate lost revenue, but also helps the affected company retain its customers, preventing future lost sales.

Warranty

LWG Restoration provides a one-year warranty on all work completed. In many cases our stringent decontamination standards allow the manufacturer to reinstate existing warranties that may have been interrupted by the loss event. We also work with third parties to replace voided warranties in certain cases.

Preservation

The first several days after a fire or water loss are critical in mitigating damage to equipment. LWG Restoration can perform the immediate and appropriate protection of equipment exposed to contaminants to minimize its degradation. This preservation will increase the likelihood of successful restoration or maximize salvage recovery should the equipment require replacement.

System remanufacturing

In many instances, equipment involved in fire or flood will sustain damages that cannot be remedied by decontamination alone. LWG Restoration can remanufacture systems by replacing damaged components and parts where necessary to return the equipment to reliable operating conditions. This ensures that our clients can return to full operation as quickly as possible.

On-site work

On many occasions, it is not possible to move the equipment from the loss site to a depot facility to perform restoration. Additionally, shipping the equipment to a depot facility may cause delays in completing the project. In those cases where on-site cleaning is necessary, LWG Restoration will bring our cleaning apparatus and manpower to the site and set up a fully functional facility to minimize downtime and business interruption.

Shipping, rigging and storage

Special care is required in moving equipment so that it is not damaged during rigging, shipping or storage processes. Our equipment expertise and oversight during the move ensure that the equipment will not sustain further damage. This helps our clients get the equipment off-site and stabilized to prevent further damage.
