Over 18 years of engineering experience, including:
Failure analysis and engineering services for legal, insurance, and corporate clients for losses involving consumer products, power tools, industrial equipment, vehicles, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems. He utilizes scientific methodology and advanced technology to determine the cause of injury and property damage.
Within the field of Fire Protection Engineering, extensive expertise in the design and failure analysis of fire sprinkler, fire detection & alarm, and commercial kitchen fire suppression systems. Additionally, has been awarded with patents for a fire safety product he conceived of and developed.
Experience and expertise in the Mechanical Engineering design, testing, failure analysis and manufacture of components and systems within the automotive, consumer electronics, agricultural, telecommunications, power generation, defense, industrial power tools, musical equipment, consumer appliance, and medical equipment industries. Awarded with a patent for a power transmission he conceived of while employed as a design engineer.
As well as experience with the equipment and processes used in the manufacture of products including machine tools (lathes, mills, drills, grinders, saws, presses), injection molded plastics, extrusions, sheet metal fabrication, rapid prototyping processes, adhesives, magnets, human factors, and product packaging.
