Warranty Reinstatement/Recertification

In many instances, warrantees and service contracts are interrupted by equipment contamination. However, after completing our decontamination process, LWG Restoration offers a one-year limited warranty certifying that the loss related contamination has been removed and will not cause additional failures.

Further, our policy is to engage equipment manufacturers and service providers early in the process so that educated decisions can be made with respect to warrantees. In many cases, our stringent decontamination standards allow manufacturers to re-certify equipment that has previously been affected by smoke, water, or other contamination. In the event that the existing service providers do not reinstate service contracts, LWG Restoration has relationships with other third-party vendors that may replace voided service contracts in many cases.
