• Pre-Processing - The amount of data to be processed can significantly be reduced by file de-duplication or de-NISTing data such as operating system and application files from the original data set to reduce the initial burden of review.
• Processing – Ability to process data using different types of culling techniques so that the most relevant data reaches the review team
• Quality Control – Data sampling of both non-responsive and responsive data sets to ensure data is making it to its proper place and validate search criteria
