Spoliation of evidence is a real issue and with recent cases, improper preservation of evidence can lead to sanctions that drive up costs and could ultimately cost you the case.

LWG works with the client to ensure required data is retained for litigation. LWG leverages its existing footprint of professionals to quickly and cost effectively, respond anywhere in the world.

LWG’s professionals will work with you to:

• Develop a preservation plan including litigation hold strategies that ensure compliance and a records retention policy assessment to identify preservation risks
• Develop a collection strategy that allows you to understand the makeup of your ESI, define filtering criteria and verifies the results through data sampling
• Implement a criteria based search strategy to minimize data collected
• Collect data from almost any data store including databases, archival systems, backup tapes, email, hard drives and other external media
• Maintain full chain of custody
